PictoryTale strictly abides by international guidelines in relation to Children.
Wherever possible PictoryTale warrants that it will comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) 1998. Including warrants that in no circumstances shall a Child under the age of 13 personal information be stored using the SnicSnac Platform.
|3. Commercial Data||For the use of advertising on the platform users should be aware that certain data will be used for our commercial partners.|
This will be Data that will be stored in relation to geo specific location and number of views of content on the Platform such as views of 3D content or advertising content on video walls and other locations as required by our commercial partners.

The Company will to the best of its ability ensure the anonymity of data, location and personal use of the platform including geo specific locations is not stored. The Company maintains that no location data is storied of its users.

The Company may, from time to time, provide you with information about our products and services that we think will interest you.
